We had a power surge in our house recently that fried the electronics of several appliances. I emailed customer service at Kalamera, and described the problem. They identified the main control board and power distribution board as the likely culprit of the power issue. They shipped the parts out right away; I was able to replace them easily, and my wine cooler was back up and running. Five stars for excellent customer service!
